Vintage Lit-Ning Industrial Accessories. Company out of Fresno California. Color reminds me of 1950's or early 1960 hospital wall color. Condition is excellent. They almost appear as new. I do not have the rods that insert to stack with space between. My late aunt always used them set on top of each other.
