RARE ANTIQUE WOOD & HUGHES 81 STERLING SILVER SWAN HANDLE CREAMER & SUGAR BUCKET

Rare antique Wood & Hughes pattern #81 sterling silver hand raised floral decor cream pitcher and sugar bucket. A very attractive set. The cream pitcher features a finely carved swan head handle while the bucket shaped sugar basket is highlighted by a double rope form sailor's knot swing handle. The set is in good condition but each show small dings around their lower halves near the base. Otherwise no damage. Both pieces are very clean inside and out. Any large dark spots seen in the photos are merely reflections. The silver is bright and shiny. They both show a scripted LBC monogram on one side. They are stamped on their respective bases W & H 81 sterling. A really pretty old set with a great look. The pitcher is 4 1/2" height x 4 1/2" wide(tip of spout to back of handle) and the sugar bowl is 3" high at the rim x 4" wide across the middle. Combined weight of the pair is 322 grams.
