    Dressing up or adding to your collection? This new old stock piece from Rubie’s Costume is ready for either! The graphics on this card are fabulously dated. The bowtie does not appear to have been removed from the card.
    Note, photo #7 is intended to show the right portion of the plastic enclosure. This appears to be cracked at both corners. This item is listed “as is” due to the fact the plastic enclosure is not completely sealed on the original card. Because of this, it appears someone may have inserted a black cosmetic pencil into the plastic enclosure. This pencil can be seen in photos. This writer declines to cause further damage and remove said pencil!
