Honeybee ROSE Antique French Belle EPOQUE Gilt BRONZE Stamp Wax Seal Tamper BEE

ABOUT:
Whimsical design on this three dimensional stationary tool, stamp / wax seal or tamper of a honeybee on a rose at the top of the seal.  The bottom part of the seal has a textured background with raised leaves of the rose vine curling around it.  The seal is in gilt bronze, so it presents as gold but under magnification you can see the gilding and a few rosy colored spots underneath of the underlying bronze.   It is very dense /  heavy.
The underside is smooth / it has no monograms.
This is an antique Belle Epoque era piece that I acquired in France, signed by the French Art Nouveau era sculptor "Perrin"
MEASUREMENTS:
The piece measures 2 1/2 inches in height and almost an inch wide at the widest.
IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTES:
Please note that all my pieces are pre-owned with some age to them so they are in estate condition.  Under magnification I see wear to the gilding which actually gives it a nice rosy patina on the raised areas. A bit of surface wear and scratches but still a beautiful piece.  It is very sturdy.  A few nicks to the flat bottom and scratches there made more notable by the mirrored finish there.
