    Description

    This opens up to a centerfold, which then that opens up to a four-page spread.  Unfortunately, there is a tear in the lower right corner of the inside two pages, as shown in the photo.  (It is torn on all underneath pages also.)  This might be repaired with some expertise and appropriate supplies.  For collectors, this example could suffice until a better one is found.
