  • Refund will be given as: Money Back
  • Civil War: 1862
  • Condition: Complete issue of 16 pages. Paper was made with rag content at the time so the paper quality is very good. The issue was previously bound, protecting the pages within for over 150 years. The mailing label of the original recipient is on the front page. The front page has some staining and there is a 1 3/4" horizontal tear along the upper right hand edge. Within there is staining and foxing (please see photos for more information!) primarily along the edges. All illustrations are in good to very good condition. The centerfold center fold was caught up in the binding so it cannot be opened perfectly flat. There is a soft horizontal fold that persists throughout the issue. The issue is stored in a clear acid-free plastic sleeve with one end open.
