the stamp shows initials / letters:

the matrix has a lovely background decor of many tiny stars,
we can not date this object, but circa 1900 or late 19th Century is safe to say
height: ca. 9 cm / ca. 3.5 inch
weight circa 95 gr.
condition: firm and solid, authentic old patine, signs of age, handling and use - some superficial bumps and scratches
