Sterling silver shell-shaped candy/misc small items dish with glass or resin? white frosted liner by Padley Parkin & Staniforth.
The bottom is marked as followed (also pictured):
"PP&S" + a hand symbol? + 534
Measures 6" width x 5.5" length x 1" depth. Handle adds 2.5" to the depth when extended upward. Can also lay flat.

Great condition with some minor surface scratches and dirtiness/discoloration that should be remedied with a cleaning.
