AMAZING vintage tribal ethnic red black poncho cape poncho with awesome collar

Description

This is a most unusual find. A super unique poncho or cape in a stunning tribal or ethnic print of red and black. The back collar has a super cool point on it - see photos - and there is red fringe all the way around the bottom. Two slash armholes, two fabric buttons and button notches at the top, and shoulder darts make this likely hand-made item done by an expertly skilled tailor or craftsman. Interesting slash pockets just inside the front points where you can put your hands to keep them warm, too. Just an incredible statement piece.
This would be a great costume piece for a play (Little Red Riding Hood?) or movie production and is eye-catching and unique for the person who loves to turn heads on the street (in a good way). I estimate this to be from the 70's based on the textile alone, but it could be 60's, too since it's got a certain beatnik quality to it.
Probably a wool blend, but isn't at all scratchy or itchy, so I would think it's got some silk or acetate mixed in.
Dry clean only to be sure. Color is vibrant.
MINT condition with no holes, stains or tears to the fabric. Doesn't smell moldy, musty or smoky but does smell FAINTLY dusty (just been in storage for a while). I'm super sensitive to moldy and body odor smells, so it's not like that - and I wouldn't have bought it if it was anything offensive. It's just not perfumey. Smells like a wool blanket if anything.
Brand: no brand tag, probably handmade
Size Tag: no size tag, but I think it would best fit a S-M from the below measurements, however could fit a large too since it's a poncho/cape, after all (however, closure would be tighter)
Content: no content tag, but I would assume non-itchy wool or wool blend, heavier for sure or just a brocade blend, whatever that means. :D
Care: dry clean recommended

Length measured from shoulder to top of fringe - 26" and 30.5" to bottom of fringe
