Returns

All returns are accepted only with an RMA number assigned.  Please contact us for an RMA before sending  in a return.  Packages returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will not be validated  as a return.  RMA numbers should be printed on the packaging clearly with a Sharpie or permanent marker.   Please contact us if you need to return an item. All non-defective returns must be in their original  packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped.
