An Exquisite 1801 London sterling silver helmet form cream jug or pitcher. bearing all over Embossed cherubs and foliates 13 with engraved bands, the cream jug has almost no spaces unadorned. Clearly dated with an F for 1801, the makers mark is rubbed, but obviously made by an extremely gifted silversmith. Overall very good condition with possible repairs to the spout rim and top of the handle. A truly remarkable piece!
